Overview: The benefits of Power Racks are numerous - they allow for a safe free-weight workout by eliminating any dangers like falling weights, failure, or accident by the use of bar catches on the side pegs. Another benefit is the ability for a lifter to handle more weight than they normally would using full-range equipment. Lat Pull Down can be extremely beneficial in building upper body strength and target the upper body muscles. It is also quite beneficial in keeping the shoulder healthy. A let pull-down exercise not only targets the latissimus dorsi muscles, but also strengthens the lower and middle trapezius, rhomboids, and serratus anterior muscles. The latissimus dorsi muscles are extremely vital for spine stabilization and a sportsman with a weak back will not be able to perform in his or her event to his or her potential. 1000-Pound weight capacity. Heavy duty square steel frame construction with H-Shape base for max stability and safety. Wide-grip Olympic let pull-down attachment is included when you choose this option. You can use any weight plate with 2" hole or less. Two solid steel safety bars are designed with J-Hooks for your convenience. Two extra J-Hooks and two dip bars are included too. Multi-grip pull up bars on top for max exercise styles. Large walk-in space with rubber feet ensures easy and safe workouts.

I think 2x2, 1" pegs. Not sure in the gauge, but gauge is a reference to thickness.

This is the same as the HulkFit rack and similar to the Fitness Reality one which has a lot of reviews and a drop test by Coop of HomeGymReviews.

The available lat pulldown and dip bars are very nice attachments in my opinion. I have a much higher end commercial rack and sometimes wish I had this instead for the available attachments.

This rack should be good for 99 percent of people considering this rack. Not as many attachments or as much bling factor as other much more expensive racks but this will do what you need it to.

Excellent deal. Best I've seen this year for a quality cage. Returning the one I just bought on Amazon and buying this one.

It's going in the corner of my carpeted basement. Don't sweat much and since the carpet is low pile I can wear lifting shoes rather than going through the work of buying a huge platform (since I want to get the cable crossover as well).

This is a very good deal - but be aware, I ordered one and had to return it missing parts, and the replacement was missing most small parts.

They wouldn't let me return the replacement to the store, and the mailing pickup canceled because they didn't have a lift for this 150lb package. Huge pain in the butt.

I have this rack. It's not bad. I have the lat attachment and the cable crossover. I love the cable crossover. It allows me to get in more exercise variety. There's a leg press attachment too, but I missed out when it was $200 and now it's like 300.

This is awesome, thank you, been waiting for one of these. Anyone have a recommendation for a cheap basic bench to start out with? I was thinking of getting the Amazon basics one
