Choose accessories for BalanceFrom PC-1 Series Power Cage here: BalanceFrom PC-1 Compatible Accessories The benefits of power racks are numerous; they allow for a safe free-weight workout by eliminating any dangers like falling weights failure or accidents by the use of bar catches on the side pegs. Another benefit is the ability for a lifter to handle more weight than they normally would using full-range equipment. It is also quite beneficial in keeping the shoulder healthy. A let pull-down exercise not only targets the latissimus dorsi muscles but also strengthens the lower and middle trapezius rhomboids and serratus anterior muscles. The latissimus dorsi muscles are extremely vital for spine stabilization and a sportsman with a weak back will not be able to perform in his or her event to his or her potential. Heavy duty square steel frame construction with h-shape base for max stability and safety. Wide-grip Olympic is included when you choose this option. You can use any weight plate with a 2 hole or less. Two solid steel safety bars are designed with J-hooks for your convenience. A large walk-in space with rubber feet ensures easy and safe workouts.

- This rack is sturdy enough for pull-up, but it may wobble a bit. Will notice much more when doing dips. Some people recommend installing the pull-up bar on the inside of the rack to prevent possible tilting https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BkzZwFMHQxM
Additionally, I recommend getting some 3/8" washers as suggested by another user on the Elegainz post
- Can buy accessories from Hulkfit, Balance Form, and Elegainz to work for this. I bought some Hulkfit weight plate holder
- Expect paint chipping
- Overall good budget, nothing much to dislike about it.
- Added the lat pulldown as well. Same price from Feb. Notice cage is Elegainz and lat attachment is Balance Form but compatible: https://www.walmart.com/ip/Balanc.../725090507
Wow, phenomenal deal. I have a half cage (2 verticals) and love the lower profile but this is next level if you have the space. I've read the pullup bar can be mounted upside down if you need the headroom, too.

I wonder if this one is better for 60 bucks more? https://www.walmart.com/ip/ProGea...irect=
I bought Elegainz rack back in Feb for $170. I think Hulkfit, Balance Form, and Elegainz are pretty much the same product just different branding? https://slickdeals.net/f/16392949-elegainz-power-cage-1000lb-capacity-with-j-hooks-and-safety-spotte...
