Looks like it does not include the squat bars pictured based on description, reviews, and the black variant's pictures. Still seems decent. Can anyone recommend a stable adjustable bench to use with it? I'm nowhere close, but would this be realistically safe for squatting/benching 300lbs one day or should I look for something more robust?

I ask because 230lbs+ BENT my name-brand-but-cheap Marcy bench's safety holes.

I've had this since 2022. It works great. I squat over 300 lbs and it's never had an issue. Is it as sturdy feeling or rigid as a higher end rack? No.

Will it do everything you need it to do for a home gym? Sure!

I just use a flat bench and not an adjustable.
