We have this rack and bought the add on cable fly and lat pull down attachments. I've been lifting for many years and while I'm no heavyweight I easily bench over 300 and my son is squatting over 400. I don't squat as my knees are bad. This set is great for the price. I'd say 99% of people won't come close to exceeding limits on this cage.

Also the pull up bar can be flipped over if you need to the head room. This reduces the height by a couple inches

I bought ours for less because I double dipped on cash back last black Friday time but it's a good enough set for most imo
An excellent place to do your curls!

I have one. I'm not competing in the Arnold Classic or anything but I think it's plenty solid for what I want out of it.

Recommend getting some of the plate holders to hook on it. The extra weight adds stability

I have looked into this rack before. Its great rack if you are looking for a basic setup. But if you plan on adding attachments to it, you might not find many options as this has an odd post measurement.

Yeah I remember that. It's like 2.5" instead of the standard 2" or something like that. Annoying

Look this up at Amazon:

Yes4All Olympic Weight Plate Holder Attachment
Get the 3x2 - not exact fit but still works great on the odd sized 2.35" posts we have, and a great price @$21 for a pair.

Easily, but if you're going to be applying any significant or repeated horizontal (rocking) force, you'll want to add some corner braces. This rack is built more to resist vertical forces.

Yes, but unfortunately the 1,000lb weight limit will be an issue for you.

For those of you that don't know, this is the same as the Hulkfit rack. It was on my short list before I ended up going with a Titan Squat Stack with Rack Extension.

Ordered this damn thing 3 times, and I really wanted to keep it but the frames were damaged all 3 times. And the packaging was horrible. I liyerally had to duct tape all the parts together to return it 3 times.... Do not recommend based on my experience.
