No clue. You probably need to spray it with some type of protectant and/or cover it with a waterproof tarp to prevent rusting if you want to keep this outside.

Considering it's less than half the price of most other powercages, you can probably give it a shot as you're not losing much even if it rusts.

I may have used the wrong term. They're either some bars or some rope that catch the bar in case you fail. It prevents you from catching the bar with your neck on bench press and falling backwards/forwards with the bar on squats.

If you have a spotter, it's less of an issue (re: guy who got kilt by his spotter on squats) and you can bench without collars and dump the plates on bench. But I still prefer the safety bars, especially because I usually work out on my own.

Our community has rated this post as helpful. If you agree, why not thank

Maybe I got a lemon but the one I got had holes that don't align correctly. That and the ends of the bars are all bent. It was a farking pain in the ass to assemble this thing. It's still a little crooked now but it does its job so whatever. But I wouldn't recommend.

I'm pretty sure they're a separate purchase but for $169, I wouldn't be expecting it included.

I wish I hadn't read so many packaging nightmares about these because I would have preferred to get this. Instead, I got the Titan T3 short squat stand with half rack extension.

No, this was the other common complaint I read. A lot of QC problems.

For those two, just $400 but it came with no attachments, just a pair of jhooks. I bought roller jcups and safety arms for another $150. I prob should have a rack but I like the shape and footprint of what I have.

Will this rock back and forth for muscle ups, I'm still in the beginner stages?

I bought the same one a couple of months back, it has the safety bars, it goes through the holes on the two frames on each side.
