How do you buy any of these games? The stupid Nintendo eshop says I need a Switch! I have one wrapped up for a Christmas present so I obviously haven't registered it to my Nintendo account yet.

Unwrap and set it up. Nobody wants to be downloading games on Christmas.
N++ is generally described as one of the best if not the best platformer game ever made and is now available on Switch - a console perfect for platformer games.
$7.49 is an incredible price for this game, considering the reputation it carries and also that you will almost never finish it. The levels are endless. Absolute must buy at any price honestly.
It's pretty f'in awesome especially if you're about 35-40 years old right now. It's basically a side scrolling version of crackdown with a "badass" 90s theme.
That is quite the list! Can anyone tell me the must haves. We like Heave Ho and Boomerang Fu! Any others that are must haves for this price?
They're basically all great games though some might not be what you want.
Some notes on <$10 --
Muyltiplayer-- somewhat violent: Enger the Gungeon, Bro Force, Children of Morta
Wrath of the White Witch.-- excellent kid rpg
Among us (party game for large groups)
Abzu-- pretty
Gorgoa-- nice puzzle
Bastion, Transistor --Good Adventure
Limbo...
Pikuniku-- kid adventure
Lego Cities Undgrerground, Lego Worlds (for kids, multiplayer)
Scribblenauts-- educational for kids
7 billion humans--programming puzzles for older kids/adults
Hidden through time-- where's waldo

It'll likely need updates, account setup and a full charge. Physical games may have updates, too. It's best to do it now instead of on Christmas Day when the servers are slammed.
EDIT: I highly recommend Lovers in a Dangerous Spacetime for 4 player kid friendly couch co-op.

Hob for $3 is a steal.
Any feedback on the Chess game, especially the teaching modes?
