The New Floodlight Cam Wired Plus is replacing the Floodlight Cam. The most notable difference is the 2,000 lumen LED lights and larger Field of View.

Hate all these subscription based cameras.
The night vision is one big difference. That HDR adjusts your images drastically from the black and white you commonly see on cams.
There are other things like use of 5ghz and 2.4ghz, a louder 2-way speaker, a louder siren. None of these matter. Night vision is key.
Almost forgot to mention- there's this bird eye feature on this cam now. Super annoying and worthless feature.

Not everyone wants to store content locally and pay the cost, time and expertise it takes the average person to set up a cloud stream capable of remote secure monitoring. While others like eufy and ubiquiti may be argued to be a better solution for some, ring and nest offer a good solution for a relative low cost.
Just got my order from costco and didnt come with chime even though confirmed they only said they could refund…

Was delivered today. Will check in a couple hours when I get home.
How much did they refund?
How much did they refund?
Oh they were going to have me return for full refund. I am going to hold them and if they go instock again reorder again and cross my fingers. I think they used a third party fulfillment and they just used the typical part you would buy at like a store instead of the bundle maybe. Last time we ordered these (previous gen) they clearly had different boxes identifying the chime...
I'm hoping I get the right one. Went the Costco route specially for the included chime. Need the wifi extender for it to reach my intended location.
I went Costco route since chime was included, else I would have gone with ring directly with the 10% subscriber off. I have the 1.0 chime but actually have better performance connecting directly to WiFi router. The night light on chime 2.0 got me lol.
Just checked package and I received both items. Each item came separately and not in a bundled box. I also ordered the black version as the white was OOS when I ordered. I'm guessing the person who packed your order forgot to include the small chime box. Human error. Try reordering.
12/13/21 Update: Your Order Hasn't Shipped Yet
Feel like cancelling the thing. Doesn't feel like they will ship it to me in 2021. What a joke

Even better, the one that I did receive has been opened before by someone-very bizarre, the security seal was torn off but thrown in the box? I don't know if someone at Amazon opened it up for some bizarre reason or if it this was a customer return or what the hell but basically it's not a sealed new device.
Then when you try to contact their customer service to get this taken care of it's a complete mess. They want MAC addresses of everything and repeatedly ask you for your shipping info and e-mail despite making you grant them access to your account. Like how do they not already have all this information?!
Honestly I thought since Ring is owned by Amazon that fulfillment would be the same. It's totally not, it's a complete train wreck where they don't seem to know when or what they're shipping or why it never arrived or why the products seem to have been opened by someone. Really not great when these are supposed to be cameras you put in your home.
