I own these (new, in white). It was a splurge when I bought them for $300 -- which was the lowest they had been at the time. These do typically stay around $300+
When I first bought I compared them directly to the Sony XM4s. I greatly preferred the sound of the Bose... in fact, I'd say the sound of the Bose was much better, objectively.
Quick to connect, stays connected many 10s of feet away from the device, feels sleek and premium.
I've also listened to these and a QC one after the other. These are a big more premium feeling, and sound is very similar though may have been a bit better on these.
Noise cancelling is quite good, great on low frequencies and better on mid and high than others.
I'd say these are actually refurbished, not used. It's direct from the manufacturer and they're giving a 2 year warranty, instead of some of the "refurbished" ones that are just third party sellers with 30 day "warranties"
Almost definitely not. Someone else can confirm, but typically it has to be from the official store.

How does the ANC on these compare to the QCII? I've had the QCII for a couple years and the ANC has never seemed very good and definitely not as good as what I noticed in testing in the store. I think mine were victim, like many, to the software update that made the ANC much worse.
the best headphone for conf call, especially in a noise env. used those in subway station for conf. call, and people still head when the train went by 3 feet from me.
however, modern application such as zoom or teams has powerful noise cancellation built-in to make this less needed.
Bose refurbishment by Bose are like Dyson. Everything seems like it was replaced. I got mine and it looked and smell new. Not even a finger print on my QC35.
Dont even bother listening to anyone. This is the only headset you ll ever need. Throw away the rest and just get this one. I bought LOTS and LOTS of headsets, bluetooth and wired. Its not the BEST but it will be a 360 headset for the need. Good for calls. Good for music. Good for walking. Good for jogging. Light weight. Comfy to wear for longer durations. Just get it.

Added and removed in cart few times in last few days. Finally bought today, coming from official Bose Ebay Store with 2 year warranty should be okay. I personally think it is clearing the stock for black one. May be new one is coming.
Read the F manual or watch a tutorial on youtube. There is a button for that. No need to open the app.
Button only does three levels of ANC where the lowest one emulates it's being off but it isn't off. Only with the app can it be turned off so if you're using it on computer the phone has to be close by.
These are very comfortable and have worn for 10 hours with few breaks on a flight. If anything, they may get a little warm. But not vs literally all other alternatives.
Why? I bought both at the same time and through use get it was clear the Bose were better for me.
Sound quality was the main thing. Bose sounded better, objectively.
I upgraded from the qc25 to the nc 700 and never really liked them, design is terrible and have recently used my friends xm4 and liked them way better, better sound, better built quality

Seems exaggerated! I disagree on all points, but I suppose some of that is objective (design is terrible? Seems to get compliments and look good).
