Seriously, what did you expect, it was a one day sale and it sold out. It happens. I have missed out on countless deals here by being late to the game. Not a big deal. Get over yourselves and move onto the next deal instead of acting immature by complaining or being butt hurt because they won't bend over backwards for you.

Not only will they be locked to T-Mobile, but don't be surprised by the fact that budget phones like these slice and dice which bands they support based upon the operator which sold them. In other words, this is not the same phone as similarly named model from Verizon, and would have different capacity to support functionality on networks outside of T-Mobile (they're all probably 100% fine enough for AT&T).

Presumably the only reason the LG is on this list is because they've abandoned the Android market. Otherwise, it does not belong in the category of free phone and will surely go out of stock VERY quickly after this deal goes live. The other freebie Samsung phones are somewhere between cruel jokes and OK as a dummy device to run your remote control app.

Good luck!

Their website doesn't work at all today. But I was able to get one on each of 2 different lines with the app.

Answered my own question. Once logged in to my account with my Veterans discount if you select the "free phone" it shows a monthly payment with no discount. Very disappointed I can't take advantage of this deal due to having a Veterans discount. 😔
I have Military One Plan. While it doesn't show the promo credit during checkout, I verified with Tmo rep that it is eligible for the credit.

Already have 3 promos on each of my two lines and got two more lgs.
Showed 400 bill credits for each line so I just took the pictures as proof, won't let them get away with it.

I have GF Select Choice plan and did it online on my PC. It was pretty simple just clicked upgrade device and followed prompts. Had to pay shipping for $7. Can't complaint.

I had to payoff the EIPs on two iPhone 12 that I got last year with trade-in. Originally the CS told me to pay the amount with the bill credit subtracted. It's a fraction of the total remaining amount. I didn't believe her and went online to pay them off. I think that's how it should be done, right?

Side note: I had to split up the second phone payment into two because tmo doesn't allow same amount charged twice in a day.

Are people really expecting a iPhone 13 pro max for free this cyber Monday? Should T-Mobile have thrown in a Rolex watch as well?
I was hoping for a similar promo to the Mother's Day deal. Traded 2 iPhone 8's for iPhone 12's. Traded those 12's to Best Buy and upgraded to 128gb iPhone 13, $85 each after tax

Hopefully they have a similar deal closer to xmas it it's not looking good.

Thanks for this. Had a free line that I had never put a phone on, so just added it to that.

And thanks to the Wiki and everyone mentioning to do it through the app. I couldn't get the "upgrade" option when trying to do it through desktop. But via the app, the instructions worked perfectly.

Just want to mention for all those saying they don't see the promo when they try to checkout - I chatted CS and they confirmed that even though it wasn't showing when I made the order, the promo was applied, and the rep annotated my account in case I have issues later. That, plus the screenshots and transcript of the convo with the rep made me feel comfortable enough to dive in.
at Docusign it said that I have to pay $16.67 x24month and Nothing about $400credit!

It's not a bad phone but bummed that they did it with a company that is no longer manufacturing phones. Hoping that they will update it is taking a gamble considering Android vendors track record when it comes to updates
A lot of people were making fun of LG when they made a decision to exit the mobile market, which is very saturated and competitive - it's Samsung, Apple, and others. But the news made me so sad. It was bad news for consumers knowing that LG was a pioneer of very practical and cool technologies. The taller aspect screens and wide aperture camera lenses are just a few I know of the top of my head. They definitely had some gimmicky features here and there, but overall I am going to miss LG phones!
