For gravel or commuter bikes, these suspension seatposts should help when riding over bumpy terrain. I have a heavy aluminum eBike with no shocks and it can defintely leave me more battered and bruised than my carbon road bike because my body has to absorb the vibrations and road imperfections whereas good carbon fiber absorbs everything.
This seat should help tremendously, the stem less so, IMHO, but still helps absorb shock to the shoulders.
