"This" right here is what Slickdeals was founded on...helping out another.....Good on Ya, teagone....
I have both in my house right now. I bought several of the Feit packs from Costco (around 20 total - you can also get the 4 pack online shipped) and also have several Kasa bulbs in my house as well.
The Kasa bulbs are more expensive than Feit but IMO the color saturation is much better for Kasa, especially reds and shades of reds. The Feit bulbs can look a little washed out side-by-side (but if you only have one or the other it would not be that noticeable).
I also think that the Kasa app is superior. The Feit app technically has more functionality but I find it more clunky to use. If you just want to do simple schedules and things like that, the Kasa app is way more straightforward.
Also... for changing colors, the Feit app is TERRIBLE. They advertise millions of colors but trying to change color gradually on a Feit bulb is like pulling teeth. You can't simply glide your finger across the wheel. The colors get "stuck" often and sometimes I have to pick a totally different color just to get it to respond. You can't just put in RGB or HEX codes either. As a result, there is no way to exercise all of the color options easily through the app. The Kasa app is way better in that regard.
Finally, in terms of functionality, if you want to do a "party mode" or some kind of color changing/rainbow mode - the Feit is the winner here. Kasa doesn't support this.
In case you want another data point ... I also happen to own the Cync by GE bulbs and those have similar saturation as the Kasa bulbs and better than the Feit bulbs. But... the Cync app is IMO the worst of them all. I only use my GE bulbs in places where I don't plan on messing with the color often. Or I will just change the colors in the Google Home app instead. GE Cync does not support color changing modes either.

Buy the two pack, it makes each bulb 50 cents more a piece but that's still a great deal and it let me add 10 of those to my cart and head to checkout no problem.

Edit: Just ordered the 4 pack. 800 lumens but they are all going to go in lights for the fan so should be enough.
