Definitely not a gaming monitor, hence the name "Creator" there is no VRR tech built in like freesync/gync from what the specs show.

Nonsense. 165hz is 165hz. Gsync helps smooth things out but this is a great gaming monitor.

This is very enticing but $400? I had my eyes on the 300-dollar Dell S3220DGF but it went OOS.

100% a gaming monitor 165hz with a 1ms response time. Makes sense you're a Steelers fan 😜

Yeah but no VRR tech, why buy this monitor as a gamer when you can buy a monitor with freesync/gync for similar price?

Where you seeing that feature advertised? I checked the tech specs and nothing mentioned it.

How does this compare to the Gigabyte M32Q? I bought that for $350 earlier because it had great reviews and a built-in KVM. Doesn't look like RTINGS has reviewed this one, but other reviews are positive.

Specs look similar, any reason I should consider cancelling that other order and getting this instead?

Dell is not IPS panel, which tend to cost more than VA

Depends, are you trying to game? If so stick with the M32Q. If you do not game at all, then this MSI Creator will serve you better.

Since it is Costco, just buy it, try it out... If you do not like it return it as Costco has an amazing return policy.

Hopefully you ordered the M32Q from Amazon as well as their pretty easy with returns as well. Just make sure you return it within the return time frame.
