Walmart[walmart.com]: NOCO Genius Boost Plus GB40 1000A 12V Lithium Jump Starter on sale for $69.95 (price shown at checkout). Shipping is free.
Not as good as Amazon deal today, but if you missed out this may be for you. Walmart accepts paypal for those with credit card deals associated with paypal.
Deal History includes data from multiple reputable stores, such as Best Buy, Target, and Walmart. The lowest price among stores for a given day is selected as the "Sale Price".
Sale Price does not include sale prices at Amazon unless a deal was posted by a community member.
Thank you. I missed the one on Amazon earlier. My son wanted one for his vehicle since we got dad one last year. Works great for our Saturn Ion and our Honda Odysseys.
Wasn't the Amazon deal for a 1250A at like ~$99? This 1000A looks to be in the same neighborhood as previous BF/FP deals from years past.
In years past this model (GB40) has been considered "slick" if it was under ~$76. Yesterday Amazon was selling it for ~$64, but it went out of stock and then later came back in stock for a few hours. Posted the deal for anyone who still wanted it, albeit at higher price than Amazon was offering.
I think the 1250A model you may be referring to is the GBX45

I got the GB40 for $63.30 on 11/30/2020. I think that was all time low.
Great deal OP and great of you to post in case people missed out on previous deals. Got one for a gift.
I snagged this case for $18 and while not a deal or a necessity, I like my ride tidy so if fulfills a need (or desire rather). I had a GB40 for a few years, and the box it come in is great for storage but it eventually takes a beating.

Thanks (and rep'd) for the link. I never even thought about a case for it. I've only ever used the cheasy cloth bag that mine came with and stored it in the underseat compartment of my SUV. B&H Photo has it for cheaper and you can feel a little bit better for supporting a smaller company.
1. GB70 has twice the amperage output (2000A vs 1000A) of the GB40. This allows the GB70 to jump start much larger engines than the GB40. The GB40 is rated for 6L gas/3L diesel engines while the GB70 is rated for 8L gas/6L diesel engines. The GB70 also has a longer life if you use it as a portable 12V battery source.
2. The GB40 cables are removable so if you only have the cloth bag to store it in like me, they get banged around and scratch up everything they come in contact with. It's hard to store neatly. The GB70 cables are connected directly on to the unit and have special tabs that the alligator clips clamp on to for storage. The GB70 has a much cleaner storage design imo.
