I did have it on mine, although Citi didn't make it easy to find. Honestly, the only reason that I have one is that they killed their old Forward card, which was awesome and switched me to my current one , which I never use..

I even asked the customer service about it, twice. And they said it's a known issue and they can't/won't do anything about it. So, looks like some cardholders are just left to hold the bag irrespective of which or how many cards they have.
