Apparently only orders on Target.com gets the 5%.
If I knew, I would have just used Redcard. This was not the case in prior years, Target in store purchases used to work.
As for the Citi deal -- it would be nice if someone figured out what kind of Citi card you need for this. I have 3 different citi cards, and none of them have offers beyond flex loans and other crap like that.

iOS users will probably need to press the "Turn off content blockers" button in Safari (see attached screenshot). Note: You might need to scroll down on the menu in order to see the content blocker option in Safari.
Also, if you scroll to the very bottom of that menu, press the "edit actions" button, and then press the plus sign next to "Turn off Content Blockers," it will move it toward the top of the menu.
Also "Must make single $60 minimum payment by 12/31/2021 using your eligible card associated with this offer."
You will probably receive the credit in January or February after satisfying all these...
I don't see why not. This would be the best deal stack since the days of using Target GCs to buy discounted eBay GCs, to buy discounted Target GCs...
