Syncro fans are very nice and are basically the same as the high end noctuas.
One of the fans was broken though and Seasonic customer care took care of it and overnight shipped a replacement.

Also tested the PSU with the PSU Tester, fans are working.
Today, tried the motherboard with my friend's PSU, Z690 Aero G Powered on.
Do not know how to do next! Will updated once have a solution.
Update: I received a defective PSU

CS helped me to process a replacement, it tooks about a week to ship the item back becuase they use UPS ground, also the CS told me might need a week to process to ship the item out. So, you need to spend three weeks just for a replacement!
Update3:
CS told me becuase the 750W PSU is out of stock, there is no ETA for the new PSU. And they can offer me a $75 discount to buy a Seasonic SYNCRO DPC-850, which is currently $220.99.
I did not acceept that, and waitting for their reply! First order on Newegg!!!
