Why down vote? I thought it is a decent price for a pair.
When was this deal at Costco? Can you send link?
Been looking at adjustable dumbbells for awhile. Have seens these multiple times for $299. This is the cheapest I've seen in months but it does say membership prices only. Samsclub also sells the ones linked below which do not say membership price only. So i'm assuming anyone can order them with $20 shipping and tax.
I think these are a much better design. I was having a hard time deciding between the Weilder and the Powerblock 50, that are on Woot for $250. Ending up ordering the Powerblock not exactly sure why, in my mind it seemed like there was less that could break with the powerblocks.

I got the Weider set at Sam's in Calif. $199 a few weeks ago. Work well, like them a lot.
I paid this price 3 weeks ago at BestBuy. It was only for the Totaltech members. These set is great since they aren't that wide vs the 1090s. I would love to get the 1090s, but from reviews it's not efficient when perform chest workouts. With the 552s chest workouts are bit comfortable and I can max out.
just know if u do bicep curls more than 52.5 pounds like i do, these will be insufficient. also due to the bulkiness, the weights sometimes clang when doing things like chess presses.
Looks like a great price for just the dumbbells, but the dumbbells plus the rack have been on sale @ $350 at Costco in the last several months. One issue with Sam's Club is that you will pay $15 S&H unless you have the $100.00 Plus membership.
I got the 1090s for 399 a few years ago. Like the weights but wish I had a solid rack to use them with. I would recommend getting one for ease of use. I use them w/o but my wife hates them. Would make it much easier to switch weights
Got these and the bench for $300 together back April 2019. Crazy how much the pandemic caused these to skyrocket.
Anyway, almost 3 years with them and they have more than paid for themselves. Still in great condition, use them 30 minutes for 4x a week. Take care of them and don't drop them, and they will last forever.

That was a great deal you got with the bench. I paid 250.99 in December of 2017 and use them at least twice a week. They've held up great but I wish I had the rack but I'm too cheap to buy one.

I did the same... I ordered the Bowflex for $299... Then the next day immediately canceled the order and went with the PowerBlocks on Woot. I was afraid the Bowflex would be too bulky to use. We will see

Then that was the best deal you got.

Could you share the Costco link?
