I really don't even understand what you're going for with that comment. A battery is going to give you 30 minutes before you lose power and that's a peak performing battery and not one that's a year or 2 old. What size battery are looking for to "weed whack" over 7 acres? The people I know with property that size sure as shit not whacking anything away from the house.

Great price for an attachment capable trimmer. Some stores had this on clearance already but this is about the lowest clearance price I had found.

I was waiting for deal on a string trimmer. My yard isn't too big so hopefully the cord won't be too annoying

I was tryint to find what size battery it uses and then realized it was corded. That doesn't work for 7.5 acres. :p

This trimmer available in stores for $17.17 clearance. If anyone is in the Bay Area, there are three left at Sunnyvale Lowe's.

Can I use this on my acoustic guitar strings or does it just trim electric strings?

Probably one with gas engine be more feasible for that size land

Gas lawn equipment has been banned around here. I'd rather have long grass than inhale those toxic cancerous fumes. Your grandkids will look back and say did you really burn gasoline and inhaled it back in the day? That's so disgusting.

I'm not "going for" anything. Corded isn't practical with a large piece of property. And we have a lot to weed whack well out of reasonable reach for a cord. Mainly, we have the grass around the trees that we can't mow and the grass along the horse pasture fence.
