The only thing that is going to save your hair is hair transplants and blocking testosterone binding (or just neuter yourself to prevent testosterone altogether). Toodles

It was a massive help in my overall recovery when attempting to become active again. I still use it daily before and after going to the gym or whenever I have prolonged aches/soreness.
edit: I bought two massage guns from Walmart one was around $80 and they both were underpowered and/or stalled. night and day difference when I got this. was incredible with how much it helped with my recovery from going inactive to becoming active (especially feet but also supporting muscles along the leg and lower/mid back but I spend the most time on my feet for now).
I am not saying it will work for everyone, but worked for me.

Rogaine (or the generic equivalent) has helped, which Costco also carries.

Did you notice whether it helped with a receding hairline (at the forehead), or whether it only helped with the crown area and with thickening the hair you have left?
I didn't have a receding hairline so I can't comment on that but my hair was basically thinning all over. My hair got thicker and has been slowly filling in more and more.
I was a user of the Kirkland signature minoxidil and I used Nioxin shampoo and it worked for me to not lose anymore hair super fast but didn't seem to really help. Now I use whatever shampoo I want (love the It's A 10 stuff!) and my hair is super healthy looking and feeling compared to when I used Nioxin and minoxidil.
