It's a good set. People who lift a lot often forget that people starting out would benefit from a large range of weight sizes to learn movements before moving up. In addition, there are plenty of exercises where smaller weights make more sense.

I'd rather have this than collect 10 separate dumbbells. $100 is a great price point for this weight range.

Awesome deal, TU and repped. Going to sell my Bowflex 552s, which are definitely superior but are worth triple this. Maybe when the value of those comes back down and I feel the need to upgrade I will, but for now these look like a great compromise.

This wouldn't work for me because I use dumbbells ranging from 15-60 lbs, but my wife mostly uses dumbbells ranging from 5-25 lbs, so it could be good for her.

Anyone have any input on the quality and ease of changing the weights for these dumbbells?

I'm pushing 50. I used to workout daily before covid. I've had two rotator cuff surgeries from abusing my shoulders. My dad, 70s, just started working out again. First day back he messed up his rotator cuff again and will require surgery. Proper technique is important, but I'll also stick to a lower weight, slower movement and higher rep routine. Got a pair of these and I'll keep my 35lbs dumbbells on hand for dinner exercises as well. Thank you op. Saved me from spending more on another brand.
