It's a good set. People who lift a lot often forget that people starting out would benefit from a large range of weight sizes to learn movements before moving up. In addition, there are plenty of exercises where smaller weights make more sense.

I'd rather have this than collect 10 separate dumbbells. $100 is a great price point for this weight range.

Got it for $125 at thanksgiving .. neither Amex nor Walmart able to refund price difference. Walmart agent suggested to order one more and return the one which was delivered yesterday 😅😅
First world problem.. debating with myself if it's worth the effort 🤭😜
