The NZXT AER in 120 and 140 have shown themselves to be subpar when compared to the heavy hitters in the same price category. Even at this price, you'd be better served getting something else _ESPECIALLY_ if you plan to utilize the static pressure of the fans for a radiator.
These will absolutely not work well with an AIO.

I was just coming back here to post (though honestly at this price after rebate you really can't complain).. I looked on amazon there are a lot of bitter reviews from people who complain the fans die and stop working after a while and the manufacturer ignores requests for help sometimes ... but again at this price I think it's worth the gamble https://static.slickdealscdn.com/ima...lies/smile.gif
Helpful tip, check with your credit card company ... sometimes they extend the warranty on purchases made with your card and will simply credit your card for the amount of the purchase if you file a claim (this is assuming you go through the hassle of saving the receipt as a pdf on your computer for future reference and filing the claim to begin with ) .. a lot easier than dealing with a manufacturer who may or may not help you https://static.slickdealscdn.com/ima...lies/smile.gif
Prices aren't stable on any product 24/7, but more often than not they can be found. The Be Quite fans were just $8.90 each the other day too. Still would say go with the P14 when the price drops again like it always does. I believed my post was pretty clear at stating you'd be better off spending more for the Artics over these based on the fans capabilities alone. If you're 100% on getting a deal, wait for the Artic price to drop again. If you're 100% based on performance for price, then just buy the Artics at their current price and it's still a better buy than these at $7.
*Thus why I said "regularly can be found" and not "always can be found".* this reminds me of chickens-eggs dilemma hah
Price rising up actually for artic PWM fans (I am monitoring due to love to use artic fan CO or no CO PWM. it was very cheap and reliable.
I usually check camel3 once for awhile in months, price is always going up.
buy this nzxt 140mm PWM fan for curious of the quality.
likely to return if not match to artic pwm fans.
no issue with artic in my life actually, the only happened was bought 5 fans and 1 fans was DOA from pcconnection, they refused to give me a RMA and tell me to contact artic haha.. ( I just said to myself, better get from amazon prime. and throw away DOA fan). this is the reason always buying from amazon: not fit or DOA, just do an easy return and quick refund with no question ask.
still keeping 80mm artic pwm fans too, *white blades hehehe*, pretty old and still works
those is based on my experience...

my AIO thermaltake has this non PWM fan, and d4mn to loud for me hahaha.
I replaced recently (previous weeks ago) with artic PWM non CO and mounted vertically,
But one should definitely lube those before install

This deal sounds way better if you need to buy 5 at same RPM, more quiet, and cheaper:
https://smile.amazon.co
1800 RPM @ around 22.5 dbA (that's 0.3 Sones)
Comparing to this list:
https://www.quietpc.com/140mmfans
This NZXT is a 140mm 1800 RPM @ 31 db which is not bad terrible at all for $7
I mean sure you can go for the Noctua NF-A14 which is 2000 RPM @ same 31 db, but that's also $20+.
For me, I plan on adding 5 of these to my computer anyways. Will add some GPU pads to help with VRAM cooling. Hopefully keeping the temperature down and keeping fan noise lower haha.

My case is a Silverstone FT03-Mini & the fan stopped working. That case utilizes a single fan which doubles as the cooling for the radiator and the case. There's no way to install any other fans so my PC was out of commission.
Every case is designed differently, check the manufacturer's site or a retailer that sells it. Newegg for example has good descriptions of their products if they carry your case.
Comparing with artic pwm p140 non co and co models in my hands.
The artic quality is better than this nzxt. But the nzxt blade thicker…
Will return it to amazon 😄

I saw that lol. Why should i have to sign up for an app to do one rebate. So wack!
