I've heard really bad reviews of the pump not working or it not inflating properly
Also that you are sleeping and when u wake up the mattress has lost half its air if not more
I have the 15" of this model and it's phenomenal. Multiple guests have said it's the comfiest air mattress they have slept on. I know it's not the comfiest out there and note many of the reviews are incentivized purchases but we bought the 15" for $34 and still feel it was worth it. This is totally worth $16.
Is a built in bump better or worse for durability concerns? I have a 120v pump already, it's very loud, but I haven't had any issues with one night of sleep on an air mattress that I needed to fill it in the middle of the night.
Built in pumps is a dumb idea. They gotta stop with that nonsense. Extra expense and more points of failure. Probably best to just feed this product directly to the trash, like I did the last Intex queen mattress I bought with a built in pump that leaked like a mofo from day 1.
I paid $20 for this last year. Only used indoors for company, so I would estimate a half a dozen uses. It holds up okay but loses a good amount of air by morning. If the mattress did not have the internal pump, I for sure would have returned it.
I have the full size. Used it multiple times. It looses air by middle off the night. Having the internal pump is good but this thing is loud. same for deflation.
"why cant they cover the $10 cost to ship a $15 item to me!" -first world problems
Worst, it would cost much more than $10 to ship this item especially from coast to coast. Try a quote from USPS/Fedex/UPS for this package shipping from coast to coast and you'll be in for a deep surprise.

I don't think you can call it a filler if it costs more than the main product you're purchasing ๐
