I have been on the 5/125 unlimited Core plan for awhile now. It was very fine at 8mbps, and now at 75mbps it is great! I haven't seen deprioritization issues, knock on wood.

I use a Galaxy S10 which started as a Cricket phone but I reflashed it to be a U1 unlocked firmware.

Let me know what issues I am going to face come February, thanks

I believe they sunset 3g so a bunch of phones will no longer be supported. Go to byod compatibility. The S10 supported is sm-g937u. If you have flashed u1 software you may be ok but they do it by IMEI so I would check with them just in case. I know parents phones will no longer be supported so I'm moving them next month. cricket will text you if they see an issue but I know friends that have swapped sim.to another phone and back to their old phone and then cricket blocks it permanently. so I'd advise against moving sim also.

Ok thanks. I haven't gotten any notices. The rest of my family is on iPhone XRs so should be fine from what I understand

I love these deals and see them as free money. However I always need to decide how much to buy since I just bought 800 bucks worth of the last Kroger deal. I guess worst worst case I could always sell the codes should I have switched away from Cricket for some reason that I am not planning right now.

No, we have to assume you can. That said it would not surprise me if AT&T decided they were losing too much money because people were buying an iPhone for $180 including six-months of service and then unlocking it and reselling the unlocked phone for more than $180. They trade at least at that level

Yes, just keep your credit card on file with them on auto pay. When you load the card as you build up a giant credit balance and it will draw first from that before charging your card. I've done it for years and it is a great deal. The only downside is if you need to change carriers and you have $900 on your balance you're basically stuck until you run it down. You can't use it to buy a phone or anything else.

Thanks. Order 2x $200 card for only $340. No extra tax or fee. The email for the cards came in less than 15min. Applied to my account with no problem. My family is good for awhile.

No. You cannot. I tried it using cards from the 13% deal. No opportunity to pay with anything except a credit card during the phone purchase. Typing on that iPhone now. Unlocks in February.
