30-Day Returns and Refunds Policy
Returns:
Any new and unused product purchased from TurboAnt can be returned within 30 days upon receipt of the product. To return a product that is not defective or damaged, please make sure to notify us of your return request within 14 days upon receipt of the product. A return shipping label (provided by TurboAnt after receiving the return request) is necessary to return products. Any products returned to TurboAnt without the provided return shipping label will be rejected and sent back at the customer's cost. Note: Please well keep your product package after unpacking. The original package is required for any product return and refund.
Refunds:
