Skil made saws for years, now expanding into power tools.
I reviewed the slew from hart and home depot to the top like fein and makita.
Solid performance imo for a 12v system, good Milwaukee 18v alternative in the mid range for the home owner doing lighter home projects.
(E.g. Bookshelf and table for the kids. Mounting cabinets. Etc)
Brushless motor means enough to drill screws into wood and drill holes in wood.
Obviously not contractor grade for 24/7/365 drilling into concrete etc, but if you're doing that often, you need to buy the right tool for the job.
No issues here with the system or drill. Love how the battery can be used as a phone power bank.
The PWRCORE lineup 12v, 18v, 40v are a step up from their older tools. Competitive as modern power tools - rapid charging, brushless motors, low vibration, etc.
...
Once you have the charger and battery, drill is usually $20-30 ebay.

With that said it's good for it's size, given that you're compromising power for mobility. If you're using this around the house than you ll be fine.
1) I bought the tire inflator on Amazon, and, clearly not paying close attention, thought it came with charger, and battery. It didn't. So, I decided to look around here for deals.
2) When I clicked on the link that took me to my Amazon (signed in via app), the price — now 2 months after this deal was done — was $67. I decided, I'd keep looking for deals over time, and see if I could some time soon enough get this $40 deal, as I really just want the charger and battery.
3) When I clicked on this link moments ago using a device in which I was not signed in, an Amazon Warehouse option for $39.65 came up!!! I searched for it via a device in which I was signed in, and didn't see this option at that price!!!
4) Before signing in (on the device in which I wasn't signed in, of course), put the item in the cart, went to checkout, signed in, and boom, ordered for $39.65 + tax.
5) Technological factors can lead to unexpected deals.
FYI, in case anyone suggests that I was not searching for the same thing on both the signed in, and not signed in devices. I was, and confirmed it by going to my orders (after paying $39.65), and it brings me to same product page that listed it for $67.
