I didn't say you couldn't? Just was pointing it out for anyone who might be looking for it since the deal posted here was for romex.
10 Gauge is for 30 amp breakers. Yes you can use it for lighter loads but it's going to be a pain.
10 gauge is also for really long runs where you are looking to minimize voltage drop and wasted energy. 100% agree though that it is far more of a pain to work with. If you use it for a 20A circuit, I would personally use a junction box to switch back to 12 gauge for the final run to receptacles.

I just converted from an electric water heater to a power vent gas. I was able to bend the 10ga around the posts on a 15amp receptacle. YMMV

Depends on the RV. Ours has a 50 amp service (2 A/Cs) and this isn't heavy enough. If yours is a 30amp it'll work.
