I have the 6qt one and it's been amazing to us the last 2-3 years. I wanted a bigger one when I make soups, especially dishes like Pho for my Vietnamese Food loving foodies. The only criticism I have is that the air fryer lid is a pain to clean.

Just want to throw out there that I have one of these that I've had for a couple years and it's been a real champion for us. Air frying is a bit different than on a square air fryer but imo it actually does a much better job of actually crisping than my ninja foodi counter top flip up oven, which has an awkward space. The biggest difference for us is that you can really crisp up things like a whole chicken or other cuts of meat that aren't just flat and small. Only qualm I have is that if I try to air crisp two racks of chicken drums or wings the top ones are always crisp before the bottom ones, but that is easily solved by taking them out and letting the others crisp for only a couple more minutes. A small inconvenience. At this price I am thinking of buying another. Again, this is all just my experience and opinion but hopefully it can help someone.

This is an amazing price for one. We have had a very similar model for several years now and it is still our go to unit for air frying. While the round is a bit awkward to load up, the quality of the crisp is really great compared to the countertop front door type units. I just dont think you can get the same kind of even air flow with them

For $100 it is a no brainer to buy. I bought another one to put away for if/when I need another one or give it to one of my kids.

Box said OS401, but the actual item was the OS405…Ugh 😩. Hopefully I get the proper replacement because hauling this to a FedEx drop off location is a PitA! Did anyone even get the correct item?

I actually got 1 where the shipping box says OS401 10 in 1, actual box says 12 in 1. If you actually received the 12 in 1, does the airfry lid have a metal grid? Mine only has the heating element. Picture on the box shows the grid. Ninja really made this confusing. The manual says OS401 10 in 1 also.

It looks like many others are having the same experience as me. Now I feel a little bit better (jk).

The box says 12 function, but the manual says 10 in 1. I looked online, but was unable to find much about the OS401 model except the one sold by Walmart. The search results mostly in FD401, OP401 or other similar, but no OS401. I also got the OS405 at first and my replacement was correct this time. This is one of the most confusing purchase experience I've had in a while. I hope I got what I paid for which should be a 12 in 1 function pressure cooker.

Does anyone know the actual current market price and not the listed price for this OS401 before the Walmart discount? (just curious)

SDers saved me. I wouldn't have realized I potentially received the wrong item until I attempted to use the sous vide function. I also received the s405. The call to Walmart was quick since the (hopefully correct) item is in stock. A replacement will be on the way to me in 3-5 days and I have 30 days to get the wrong one back to them before they charge me again.

Am I the only one who thinks the 405 is better than the 401?... The reviewers say the sous vide function on the 401 is worthless and the 405 comes with the large fry basket, while the 401 only has the flat plate, am I right?

Can you confirm the airfry lid on the 401 is just the heating element with no metal grid?

Ordered this on the 11th and still has not arrived. Anybody else not received theirs? Walmart just says "Ontrac" is having issues but thinking about just getting a refund.

i did see a report on tv that some of the Last Mile Delivery carriers are having major pile ups at their warehouses due to a lack of employees.
