I did buy Fold 3 couple months ago and I ended up selling it and I get the ultra instead.
1- the phone is too narrow when it's folded so you have to unfold it for better experience.
2- as a someone who uses social media apps it's not easy to pull out your phone and take snapchat or instagram pic right a way.
3- almost all cases with Spen are bulk and huge so I ended up leaving the SPen which is really not good.
4- watching youtube videos not great because of the Screen ratio. Basically it's even smaller than regular phones.
5- battery is really bad, Will die before the end of the day.
6- some apps look bad even if you adjust resolution and the screen ratio, for example Facebook app looks really ugly.

With all that being said I still recommend this phone if you don't mind those issues this ua really a good price.

I was debating with myself if I should get this or not, to upgrade from iPhone 11 Pro Max. I've finally decided to give it a try. I always wanted an iPad mini with a sim card, and this seems exact that. If I hate it, I will trade it in for a traditional phone next year, and hopefully I can get great trade in credits for this phone. I am going with Tmobile since it's $100 cheaper and cancel the line on the first day.
I placed an order, is it easy to cancel and what is the reason for cancelling? TIA

I agree with that, maybe its just the way I think.. LOL I do actually have an old Honda Accord as a daily driver with 200+ thousand miles that I still put thousands of miles on and travel across the country in. My note9 doesn't really make me productive at all to be honest. It sends texts, does video chat, and browses very small mobile based websites. If I want to do something productive I use my desktop, which is an old 4790k, and do something instantly. The nice thing is I don't really have to pay a lot for things and if something pops up that I really want, I can buy it.

This also proves that this site isn't really full of cheap skates, its just people who like buying stuff, and want to buy more stuff with less money. The reality of the situation though is if you truly want to save money, you should only buy what you truly need, and still buy it on sale.
I go on trips every year, and my budget for travel is well over 10k/year. Or I could stay home, save/invest that money, and not experience the world......I am not trying to brag, but sometimes you just need to live a little, and spend a little bit money on something you are passionate about. Smilie

That you don't want/need service. You don't owe them or BB anything. They may pressure you but who cares.

Not yet. T-Mobile call service is too busy right now. I just plan to visit a local hub just 10 mins away tomorrow.

Can anyone verify this from the wiki?

Pulled the trigger on this deal. Best I've seen without any trade-ins. Got the 512GB for $100 more but $999 since I did an upgrade with T-Mobile. Way I see it is I don't like it, I can get decent trade in for S22 ultra when it's released in a few months. If I like it, I can get decent trade in for the next version of the Fold.

My TMobile new line terms agreement states: Cancellation Policy. You may cancel your Rate Plan by going back to the original point of purchase and returning all devices you acquired with your activation within 30 days from your activation date (Cancellation Period). You may have to pay a restocking fee for any Device you return.,
Will they not let me cancel unless I return the item to BB?

Will this change my monthly plan with sprint ?
I currently on Unlimited Basic with $60 on 1st and $40 on 2nd line. I bought 2 of them to replace Note 10+ and Note 20 Ultra.

Exactly, you can trade it in for like 1k credit after using it for free for a year.

Did you upgrade or add a line? Upgrading with TMO should cost $1099.99 for the 512GB

You're correct. I miss-typed. It was $1099 for the 512GB upgrade with T-MOBILE

+1 on this from me. I was a die hard fan for the note series, but due to circumstances I was able to try out this fold instead and I honestly don't see myself going back.
Obviously it is not the perfect all in one phone. If I had to describe it in one sentence, it's a great tablet that works like a phone, not the other way around.
