The main changes are on cosmetics, recessing the driver in the cabinet making it more aesthetically pleasing but causing the cabinet to be 1.2" deeper.

With one of mine the Fed ex drive dropped it at the garage door. He didnt even bother to try to bring it up the steps and sit it on the porch
I assume that extra cabinet depth even adds more weight on the V2...
