The design sucks , because it's like having two Bluetooth headsets in each ear and the microphone isn't great according to the people I call.
Ebay said that the code don't apply to this product.
Thank
The Samsung supports Scalable codec with Samsung phones for better audio quality than the standard sbc/aac low-end codecs both support.
Sadly, this Sony does not support the Sony LDAC highest quality bt codec available for Android phones - the new mk4 model does.
This means for both, sbc or aac connections only give you FM radio quality audio. Don't complain - you need the mk4 AND high quality music (tidal hq l, flac, etc) for CD+ quality audio.
Still, good price on a returned earbud....as long as there's no earwax stuck in the tubes with bacteria/viruses...

Be aware that this ONLY has the AAC and SBC codec - none of the fancy APTX or LDAC codecs (even though Sony invented LDAC). that was kind of a bummer to me, but these still sound really good - much better than my old bluetooth headphones that I used to do yardwork and cancel out the lawnmower noise. Mine came with all the tips including some extra pre-installed tips, the charging cable, charging case, but no power brick (but who doesn't have spares)
