I live in TX, just got the annual plan for $100 with no tax, after changing to my parents address in CO.
That said, I'm invested in many of their products and grandfathered in to their pro plan. Just irritates me that when I absolutely need it, it doesn't work.
Likely not a wifi or phone issue. Multiple different phones, multiple different wifi situations, multiple different internet services and different 5g.
Sometimes reloading the app fixes it.

"I did a lot of research on the load time issue as well as tech support calls to see how I can improve load time.
Conclusion: Ring Doorbell devices WiFi antenna design is not really good and therefore the further you are from the router the lower the quality of the connection is ,even if the RSSI is good. Changing channels didn't help. My router is an Orbi (high end ) and my signal at home is 500Mbps. After endless testing - I solved the slow load time issue by placing a wireless access point (Apple Airport express) literally on the other side of the wall of my doorbell. From that moment load times have dropped to about 2 seconds.
Happy now although it's a shame I had to go through so much hardship to get a good, consistent user experience."

Most people on reddit are happy with their ring connection. Obviously, when it comes to network issues, the ones with issues will scream the loudest.
