Walmart probably has stock due to supplier agreements that Apple needs to comply with. I have no idea about Amazon unless it is a third party seller.

Ipad 9s are listed over retail in my area from resellers. This deal, although not as great as what we hope for, is still pretty good considering that full price from Apple doesn't ship until end of January/early February.

Managed to get a price match for my best buy order had originally used the $25 PayPal offer so this is a sweet deal especially after the Walmart deal expired.
