My non-expert opinion is these are pretty good. I was just looking for something for a quick snack that wasn't loaded with as much sugar as a candy bar. Yeah the taste is that little bit off since it has some other kind of sweetener, but pretty decent for only 2g of sugar.

17g carb, <1g fiber, 7g sugar alcohol. At the very least 10g sugar, but for me it affected me same as 15g of straight sugar (apple juice).
Not saying to avoid these, but for my $.02 is they're 17g carb, plain and simple.
