these are decent bars for $1 each. not a killer deal but good. pay attention to protein source. Pure Protein bars use either casein whey or soy as their main protein source depending on flavor.

I like the lemon quite a bit. It is a very strong lemon taste but I'm down with it.

I used to practically live off these before the prices skyrocketed. The SALTED CARAMEL IS THE BEST EVER! I keep an eye out for sales and stock up when possible. The rest are mediocre
