I've had great success with Wyze. But I only use their cameras, light switches, thermostat, smart plugs (in and outdoor) and their ANC earbuds. Their robot vac has some of the best reviews but I'm the old man that would rather sweep once in awhile than pay $200 for a robot vacuum. Every once in a while I have an issue with a camera but a reset fixes everything. I love my earbuds. They are as good as apple pro but half the cost. As far as others comments, yes they are Chinese but everything is made is China, including apple products. It's true, there's no support. It's the worst I've ever experienced. But their prices beat everyone's. Their cameras are the best selling on Amazon. Hint: products are cheaper on their website with a flat shipping rate. Their Amazon store has every product marked up roughly $5 to cover that "prime shipping". So if you're gonna order a couple things, check the website. Just my 2 cents.

Anyone have these?

Lol why is wyze just doing everything? From a company POV, I can't imagine the focus for each product to be that great when they have so many. From design to support.

Yeah I have 3 pair!!! Really like them. I use them for work and gaming. Couldn't find anything close to what they offer at this price. I did 2 long videos about it on YouTube if you are interested. Search Wyze Headphones and Game Central Station.

I agree. I moved away from Wyze products after trying cameras, motion detector, doorbell, door lock and scale. All of them either failed or I found a better product at roughly the same cost. Inquiries to customer service were either not answered and received canned responses with no followup.

Maybe these are good headphones, but based on the track record Wyze has had with products I have purchased, I'll pass.

Which camera did you switch to? Interested in what you think is a better product for roughly the same cost...

Unless it's been fixed in a recent firmware, the reviews would indicate the microphone is pretty terrible. They seem like decent ANC headphone for this price otherwise.

Eufy for all of the products I mentioned. It isn't the best, I suppose but is similar pricewise and their products just work better for me. I honestly haven't had to contact their customer service like I did with Wyze.

I've got a wyze watch and the vacuum.. (along with their cameras) I agree 100% with your comment. So between us, we've covered all their products with the same review lol

What are the better alternative?

I do have the camera, thermostat, door bell. all the camera are ok but they usually record tree movies and missed the person (because of the 5mins back of). I have to put memory card to all of them to record everything in case I need to know there is a package delivery for example. it is usable but not that good.

Are you telling me that their sprinkler system isn't tech focused enough? Lol but yeah you definitely hit it on the nail

Wyze seems like a solid brand, although I don't think their original doorbell was well reviewed. I have 4 wyze v3 cameras around my house with sd cards on them 24/7 recording for almost 10 months now. Besides sometimes opening the app and it shows a camera offline (restart app it works) they have been amazing. I paid $19 each though not sure if you can get them for that price anymore. I'm down to try the headphones
