The Zilotek's rated 5,000 hours is pushing it, as many did not last 1,000 hours. The Sylvania were a little better, but seem to be the same bulb. Heat may be the issue, as both get warm in the 60 watt and hot in the 100 watt versions.
Price and longevity have been relevant. If easy to change, not a big deal when the cheapest are often a third of the price of the best. But, if you need a ladder or difficult to change, the Cree, Feit, or maybe GE, Panasonic, or even Phillips in the lower wattage seem to last longer.
PS: Repped for the effort and the price for the Zilotek is ok if easy to change.

These bulb are great value, only superseded by the maxlite deal a while ago. Anyone have opinions on Euri, Feit, PLT, and Satco bulbs? Or know where to get cheap Green Creative bulbs?
The Zilotek ones have bad longevity but despite that they are still great value for CRI 80 bulbs. Only wish they had a 4000K color option. Their shipping fees also don't make much sense - the shipping fee is doubled if you want 2 color options! :<
The conclusion I'm making here (unless any of you guys have other brands you want me to add to the spreadsheet) is to have the Zilotek bulbs for the areas that I want to be bright (since they're 100W) but I might not necessarily care about quality of color reproduction (kitchen?)
Then the nicer Green Creative/Euri ones for the living room/bathroom where I care about color, and dimmable smart ones in the bedroom.
