Coca-Cola.com Offers FAQ, (Formerly My Coke Rewards [MCR]):

- How may I contact them?- When does the promotion end?

There is no specific end date for the program.

- Inactivity

Each particular Coke promotion may have its own activity clause.

- Participating Products:
Barq's, Coke, Coke Zero, Dasani, Diet Coke, Fanta, Fresca, Mellow Yellow, Minute Maid Lemonade, Pibb, Sprite, Seagram's, Tab. (Powerade & Zero & Minute Maid Juices in the big black caps no longer have UTC codes.)

- Values:
Point values per code are no more, All codes are equal value, but check promotion. Check packaging for a MyCokeRewards Label! Not all Coke packages have the MCR logo, (i.e. 6-pack w/glass bottles).
However, in Coke's Give Program to schools, codes still have different values to school donations, see wiki below!

- List of Accepted MCR Letter & Number Code Characters & Character Substition

There are 25 total characters, (letters or numbers only), that are accepted in 14-character MCR codes, (out of 36 available, A-Z, and 1-0). Five of the characters may also be input as substitutions for other similar-looking characters. Either upper- or lower-case letters are accepted. The available characters are:

Letters: B F H J K L M N P R T V W X (No C D E G* I O* Q S* U* Y Z)
Numbers: 4 5 6 7 9 0 (No 1 2 3 8*)

* The five accepted substitute characters for similar-looking characters:
  • B = 8
  • V = U
  • 5 = S
  • 6 = G
  • 0 = O (Zero, '0', is the officially accepted character according to MCR error messages; letter 'O' is the substitute.)

- jumping out of cars upon seeing flaps on the side of the road
- referring a friend on the site
- ask Maids to save for those who travel
- ask recycling centers to save
- purchase on eBay
- sporting events, zoos, parks, etc
- make trades
- become buddies with vending machine stockers

When you activate it your not giving it a name and address just a 4 digit pin. They suggest using the last 4 of your phone #. Yeah I have already used and redeemed it on Amazon just using the normal billing address I would use for any of my CC's.

The monthly fee starts on 13th month after activation assuming there is some balance still left on card. I've seen some were the fee starts as early as 1 month after activation, the reason why I just quickly by amazon GC with them right away so I don't get forget and get burned.

For my grandson's school. All my plastic squares, all my flaps, and a handful of caps to get to a full dollar amount.
Also did $25 to my kids old elementary school, and $25 to my old elementary school.
Now I have 2 large bins of worthless caps.

Thank you for the clarification! Mine arrived late yesterday and I havent had a chance to really look at it. Im pretty good about keeping my cards in a chronological pile clearly marked with the X or fee date so I dont get burned but it's always good to have reminders!

You could set yourself an email reminder for, say, 1 month out from expiration, etc; I use google calendar. If you use gmail you could even use its "sleep" function, which archives an email, then resurrects/re-delivers it to your inbox on a selected later date. Both have helped me a lot.

I know am the last now. I had left the Give page up last night, still logged into my parent's account on a PC. Just for kicks, and no expectation that it would work, I entered one more cap code around 10pm ET tonight, and it worked. I checked the donation history, and it counted. Amazing.

I use a ton of calendar reminders. Smilie I didnt know about the gmail sleep function, I will have to look into that, thanks!

I should've mentioned in my earlier note: on android I've been dissatisfied w/ google calendar's native notifications as they're all too easy to miss. Luckily I found an app to fill in that gap: it sounds a continuous audible alarm, w/ a text readout of the appointment. On google play: Calendar Alarm Reminder App, by Lion Zöchling

Thanks for the update, but they may have just resurrected yours. My 2017 and 2018 are still not working. I didn't have very many not printed yet, but I did have a few.

Remind me how long ago you reached out to them?

Awesome that they got everything restored!

I reached out oct/nov 2022, I think; at least it seems so from clicking back through what I quoted.

I don't think it's just mine, or the ones people wrote about, that were resurrected: a friend who says they didn't reach out to blackhawk reports their 2 coupons (cvs, dunkin) were accessible.
