Coca-Cola.com Offers FAQ, (Formerly My Coke Rewards [MCR]):

- How may I contact them?- When does the promotion end?

There is no specific end date for the program.

- Inactivity

Each particular Coke promotion may have its own activity clause.

- Participating Products:
Barq's, Coke, Coke Zero, Dasani, Diet Coke, Fanta, Fresca, Mellow Yellow, Minute Maid Lemonade, Pibb, Sprite, Seagram's, Tab. (Powerade & Zero & Minute Maid Juices in the big black caps no longer have UTC codes.)

- Values:
Point values per code are no more, All codes are equal value, but check promotion. Check packaging for a MyCokeRewards Label! Not all Coke packages have the MCR logo, (i.e. 6-pack w/glass bottles).
However, in Coke's Give Program to schools, codes still have different values to school donations, see wiki below!

- List of Accepted MCR Letter & Number Code Characters & Character Substition

There are 25 total characters, (letters or numbers only), that are accepted in 14-character MCR codes, (out of 36 available, A-Z, and 1-0). Five of the characters may also be input as substitutions for other similar-looking characters. Either upper- or lower-case letters are accepted. The available characters are:

Letters: B F H J K L M N P R T V W X (No C D E G* I O* Q S* U* Y Z)
Numbers: 4 5 6 7 9 0 (No 1 2 3 8*)

* The five accepted substitute characters for similar-looking characters:
  • B = 8
  • V = U
  • 5 = S
  • 6 = G
  • 0 = O (Zero, '0', is the officially accepted character according to MCR error messages; letter 'O' is the substitute.)

- participate/lurk on this board
- ask friends/family/neighbors/co-workers to save
- dumpster diving
- jumping out of cars upon seeing flaps on the side of the road
- referring a friend on the site
- ask Maids to save for those who travel
- ask recycling centers to save
- purchase on eBay
- sporting events, zoos, parks, etc
- make trades
- become buddies with vending machine stockers
- become the vending machine stocker

We know what the rules say but how the admin programs it to work does not always add up to the rules on COKE promos.

All we can do is try and see.

I'm going to give it a shot in a bit via phone and it's internet. Rest of the family agreed/decided to spread it out over the week and 2 other devices but will mostly be using the same wifi.

After the first weekly period we may have a better idea of how the promo is structured especially with it going to a newly rebranded C0KE, now +ONE APP.

Yeah! I saw the socks prize lol. Their process to enter seems more convoluted too. Something about collecting items and then getting enough to enter on the mobile app. Not sure if they meant cap codes, but I was using Google translate so unsure.

Interesting! I wonder if there is some wierd blocking internally in place that is somehow tracking devices, which what I was talking about before this game even started.

Maybe I'm wrong, but I thought everyone was talking about family members. We're still trying to figure out why it seems like no one is able to win on the same device twice (two different accounts).

Yes, we can only play once a week per account.

The following is just my armchair-quarterback-ing as I'm skipping this promo and don't have personal experience using the coke app.

So far it seems after a first win on a device, subsequent entries on the same device don't win. This just may be random odds, of course, perhaps somebody will win in succession, and dispel much of our superstitious guessing Smilie

Until then, has anybody tried creating separate android user profiles on the same device, and installing the coke app for each profile? You could probably also install a different voip app in each profile so that you have, say, 5 different numbers on that 1 phone.

IP, device or even address limit in place. (?)

Could be many factors including odds but someone lost on the next 4 and etc so I do not think it is odds.

Next question would be:

Has any played yesterday and won then the next tries lost or won, then today same device or different device, IP and etc won or lost?

Like I said though the rules say 1 per account the admin programming could be at 1 per household, seen that happen in the past for promo starts or the entire duration.

Seems too many factors to figure it out until we get a "Household won twice, and by this means of playing".​
