Thanks for the deal, but I'll wait it out for a better price. Lowes has run the $399 special a few times, and the cordless nailers seem to be dropping in price with other brands.

Indeed they're $399 at Lowe's but have they offered a free Brad nailer kit with their's?
EDIT: I saw the other deal Lowe's had but no one mentioned in that entire thread if it was a free brad nailer kit or just tool only.

I believe it was a kit. I was on the fence on the deal and held out, but was very tempted, and when I went back it was OOS, which sealed the deal for me.

Thanks for the info. I can't believe I missed it but it seemed to go out of stock fast.
Waiting very impatiently for a sweet deal on the 15 gauge nailer. These Hitachi nailers are so friggen great I can't recommend them enough. I had jumped on the Lowes deal and they've been amazing. They perform as well as my old gas-assisted cordless nailed, but are way quieter and The nailing feels much more controlled, similar to a pneumatic.
Edit: regarding the question about the free tool included in the Lowe's deal, yes it was the kit.
Anyone gotten Lowes to match this (free Brad nailer) deal? I got a few solo framing projects soon and need a framing nailer (but don't mind getting a free Brad nailer). Ready to jump on this deal but would prefer to buy from Lowes or other brick & mortar store in case I did not like the weight (my other choice is Paslode XP with gas cartridge). I am in DC area BTW. Thanks if anyone chimes in.
