This is common in many of the refurb iPhone threads. I keep them separate until they are boxed up and sent out for trade. If I'm keeping, they get a tempered protector immediately. Don't just toss them in a box together for sure.
I think it's sensitive to your IP or location. I had the same problem earlier today when I was using a VPN provider. Changed that and Paypal showed up in checkout. Not sure why that is.

You can definitely use the airtime card on another device. They are not glued together 🙂
If you are looking to sell the phone and keep the airtime card, you can separate them for sure.
But to have an easy unlocking process just use the sim the phone came with 🙂

Won't know for sure till after 60 days has passed (1/23). Some say yes, some no & customer support has no clue, different reps say different things.
Keep reading TW/TF threads, once people qualify for unlock you will get a more reliable answer.

TW phones will activate on TF but you lose the plan. Activate (on TF) as a Tracfone using original sim in phone (sim is linked to phone IMEI), choose keep current number & number/plan will switch to new phone. (Do not just swap old sim, phone won't be registered to network correctly & will not unlock).

Yes you can. Most carriers accepting trade-ins realize the devices they get in trade be locked to one carrier or another. Not an issue.

I always find good deals on iPhones because I MUST MUST have a newer model. But with the new unlocking policy I can now choose the plan I want. Even red pocket beats the plans TW has, but their phones are expensive
