This thread is being created so people -- generally, those people who can't seem to resist talking about off-topic junk in the Target coupon thread -- have a place to talk about shopping at Target and other miscellaneous matters.

All you folks who hang out in the Target coupon thread, start hanging out here instead! When you've got something relevant to post about Target coupons, please post about it in the Target coupon thread! We'd love to hear about it, but NOT about your dog, your cat, your mom, your genital herpes, your... well, you get the idea.

Yeah, easy driving distance. I'm thinking off site, but am not sure where!! I'm in panic mode now, I think. Embarrassment Any tips on a good place? I've never been to Animal Kingdom, have you? Is it worthwhile? DD is 19 months, so I'm trying to figure out which park would be the most fun for her. I've done all parks except for Animal Kingdom.
Look up the thread here from the last couple of days regarding the free meal plan deal. There were Disney regulars there with awesome hints and advice. I actually bookmarked a couple of things for later. One place that someone mentioned was cheap and looked great!! The Regal Palms Resort http://www.regalpalms.com/cgi-bin...8374226767
I thought Animal Kingdom was so cool. My dd (avatar) is 4 and in love with animals, so this rocked for us. The 3-D Bugslife show may be a little much, but the Safari was fun, character spotting was good, and the big fish tanks and animal exhibits are fun. it really is a glorified zoo, so take it from there! LOL

We are staying in a townhome in Windsor Hills the first week of June for 80.00 a night. www.vrbo.com. My brother works at Animal Kingdom so we spent the day there at the end of March. My daughter liked the Safari, and the Dinosaur Land, but to me it reminded me of our local Zoo. Lot of animals to see.

I heart Pandora!! You will find artists/bands that you never would have heard of otherwise.

I heart Dave Grohl heart

I said something to hubby last night about Nirvana and my 9 year old said "WHO?" - eek. At least they know who the Foo Fighters are - the 6 year old can sing most of the songs from their last album laugh out loud

Sometimes I wanna Smack my DH!! He's telling me now that if I want to go to Disney (his idea for my bday) Thursday that I should go ahead and set everything up. WTH!!! It's my bday, why do I have to plan my bday?!? And!! You have to wait until now to bring it up?!? Ranting Sorry...that just irked me a bit. I may just tell him we're not going (but I think DD would have fun...). *sigh*
Men are idiots. My birthday was yesterday and DH woke up and thought it was a great idea to start putting together DS's big boy bed we had gotten at IKEA a few weeks ago. I was like... really??? You really think that's a good idea??? I helped him for about an hour and then left to go to Target with my sister.
