This thread is being created so people -- generally, those people who can't seem to resist talking about off-topic junk in the Target coupon thread -- have a place to talk about shopping at Target and other miscellaneous matters.

All you folks who hang out in the Target coupon thread, start hanging out here instead! When you've got something relevant to post about Target coupons, please post about it in the Target coupon thread! We'd love to hear about it, but NOT about your dog, your cat, your mom, your genital herpes, your... well, you get the idea.

I needed to send a (belated Embarrassment ) e-card for a friend's b-day so I was browsing at http://www.hallmark.com

Turns out all their premium e-cards are free today only. You can pick a card and set up delivery now for a future date.

Crap, no I did not catch that $20 q, but I will be sure to look for it now Big Grin

It's either cleaning solution or oil, something like that. All I know is it's $4.94, so it's $5.06 overage per q. It's hanging on the side of an endcap at the end of the shaver aisle.
I have so much of this product but don't know what to do with it. Should i try to g-sale it?

Quote from dpags :
$20 definately do NOT require approval at KM. Smilie
Prompt for price though. Should be an easy $20 input!

I am coming off of my anti depressants. I feel awful. Wonder if a trip to target will cure it? Hmmm methinks yesnod
I LUV me some shopping endorphins. Better yet coupon shopping endorphins!

Quote from .teri. :
Lessons I have learned:

Be sure to bring enough gift cards when shopping with your mother at Target. She will find a way to throw enough stuff in your cart to absorb all your overage and then some laugh out loud

Never put Clorox 2 in your trunk if you live in the South where its hot. It will explode. Mad
Holy shit on the Clorox.

Secret I just gave my mom a $75 Target GC so she can stop spending $ at T. Granted her oop is always small (after paying wiht GC's) but dang, I think I am going on 2 years rolling GC's and maybe only spending $100 oop in that time.

Quote from mama2cole :
Ok, so I just got off the phone with my sister and I'm laughing so hard I can barely type. She went to Publix to hunt for Qs and found a few. As she pulls out of the parking lot she gets pulled over by a cop. By the time the cop gets to her window she is sobbing and has the Qs in her hand ready to turn over to him. He gets to the window and asks her if she knows why he pulled her over. She is crying and says that it's because she took some coupons and didn't buy anything and he says "no, your tail light is out". At this point the cop is laughing at her and she starts cracking up. He told her that if the coupons are out in the aisle she's welcome to take them and to get her light fixed. She said she could see him laughing all the way back to his car.
I would Horse if I ever got pulled over after a Target run. I would probably be the high speed chases you see on the LA news. Roll

Hey, it just occurred to me that I haven't seen Thrifty on here in a few days. Hope everything is ok hug

doublesided~ Oh sorry, I was hoping they had super mega packs of gauze that you could use them legitimately for.
I'm alright. I don't remember if I told y'all that Mini Thrift was graduating 8th grade this past Friday. Meema and Poohba flew out for it and we had a great weekend!!! Although mom and I went to T on Sat with our Fusion q's and they were out of stock. Scrapped that run and went to ON where I obviously cannot do math. We added up just a little over $100 but total was $130 something so $70 AC. Let's just say I will be doing returns!

I have a question and I think this would be the best place to ask it.

How long are the 10% coupons that you receive once you reach 1000 points on your Target card good for? I know they are good for one day only but when do they expire? I heard 1 month after you receive it.
I believe it is 1 month

Just like all those vitamins and Sambucol from CVS. I still have a boatload of both. Neither sold at yard sale either. Gosh, I came home from work and fell asleep. Now I'm wide awake Bigeye

Same here with the vitamins and Sambucol. I'm thinking about printing out a information sheet that tells about Sambucol. Maybe if people know what it is they'd be more inclined to buy it!

How does Sambucol work?

Studies have shown that elderberries are unusually rich in the phytochemicals known as flavonoids and among all fruits, elderberries are the most concentrated source of anthocyanins, a class of flavonoids that act as powerful antioxidants to boost the immune system and protect the body's cells from harm.
These anthocyanins are found in the purple pigment of black elderberries. Research has shown that the anthocyanins in black elderberry can boost the production of cytokines, the proteins that act as messengers within the immune system, and thereby serve to enhance the body's immune response.
Sambucol products contain extracts of black elderberry. Therefore, Sambucol is a rich source of anthocyanins which have been shown to help stimulate the body's immune system.

I haven't looked at the boxes for awhile but they are getting kinda old now. They must be nearing expiration.

Is anybody looking for MQs for formula?
I have a bunch of Goodstart, Enfamil, and Similac. Most are $2, but I have one or two Goodstart $3.
I am looking for $5 Kid Essentials Qs (IP or from the box).

What coupons are people using on the Huggies dealio next week? The $3 MQ or the 36000 16's? See in my world, the latter would only get me 1 package at a time. Also, does anyone know of a clipper that carries the 36000 16's. I was pointed in the direction of a 36000 01 but heart the 16's.

PM if you'd rather. Mmmmmkthx, 'preciate!

The $3 Huggies Diaper coupons and the Target peelies make for under $2 a package if you factor in the giftcard. Not aware of a bogo or b2g1 huggies coupon if that's what you are referencing above
