When you've got something relevant to post about Target coupons, please post about it in the Target coupon thread! I may have to go to Olive Garden today for lunch just to have one. Of course, no way it will be as good as your homemade drool

I'll send you some too when it's done brewing. nod I can't wait to taste Dawn's Mangocello. Licklips Had a hell of a time finding a recipe for her. There is a small restaurant in New England that makes their own and they posted the recipe on their website.

It's a book with pet coupons good only at Pubix over the next year. It has great coupons in it and they can be combined with the MQ's.

Tiramisu is so yummy

What do you guys sell that you make so much $$ at your GS? I'm just not picturing it without large items but maybe I'm a loser and just not thinking big enough! laugh out loud
I think C4VS has summed it up pretty well, but I sell lots of stuff. It will definitely depend on your clientele as to what prices you can get. You may need to take a guess at pricing and then adjust as you see what sells and what doesn't. If you live in an area with younger folks, diapers will be a hot seller. One thing that I keep an eye on with deals is the difference between what I will "pay" for something and what I can sell it for. That is definitely a shift in thinking from when you are just stockpiling for yourself.

We advertise on craigslist and also now have an email list of repeat customers. We also make signs to post around the neighborhood.

I price around 50% of retail for most items, and will usually only make deals on items when people buy in bulk.

Quote from love2beeamom :
yeah, my hubby just told me I wouldn't make 500.00Mad I feel like I have a ton of stuff, but he may be right.. guess it depends on what I sell it for. Either way, some of this stuff has gotta go. It is just hard to think that shampoo, deo, tooothpaste, glade, etc, will add up to that much.. but we will seeCool
You may want to make a bet with him on that Wink We don't make as much at our sales as other folks, but we can usually make $400 in a day pretty easily. I'd say $800 for a weekend is average for us, with $1400 being our highest weekend total.

My DH used to hate the stockpile (he still grumbles), but now that he knows the $$ it brings in, he's much better about it.

Quote from thuctrang :
Don't listen to him! Men don't know the values of our stockpiles.

$500 is an achievable goal... In the end, the money that you get from the sale will do the convincing for you.

Then, you're going to be on the cycle of "stockpile, make $$$ at GS and going back to replenish my stockpile."
As always, Trang is right! Wink

Oh and HD, I agree with Teri - trade Pantene for mangos Smilie
