When you've got something relevant to post about Target coupons, please post about it in the Target coupon thread! We'd love to hear about it, but NOT about your dog, your cat, your mom, your genital herpes, your... well, you get the idea.

Sadwalk Me too....stupey Wisconsin!

On a brighter note, I was able to make a little room in my T's stockroom by taking 7 packs of sippy cups off their hands tonight... Evil

Wave Thrifty, glad to hear the doc is taking you out of work. Hope you start feeling better soon. Dpags, sorry to hear you had a bad week. Hope you have a better week coming. hug

I've had a couple of the worst weeks ever. I'm getting conditioned to not want to go to work on Mondays. The past two have been devastating. I'm sad and it's hard to get a grip on it.

I did two Harris Teeter and a Target run today. All three were great windshield runs. That's always good to make things brighter.

So hot and humid today. I took a nice shower and sprayed on some Degree stuff this evening. Doesn't smell that great, but who's gonna smell it anyway laugh out loud

I'm around.....FTR I really toned down how I feel about last night.

The only silver lining in the last few days for me is that my OB wrote me out on maternity leave starting Monday.....I cannot believe I have not been to T all week and I ordered razor coupons. Ranting Stoopy bronchitis!
I am sorry that you are still so sick! I can't believe it has taken your doc this long to remove their doctoral head out of their doctoral arse!!!!!! Try to rest now ---- when you get the chance! Sorry the party was so much work for you ... they always seem to be that way - always falls to one Mum and that Mum is always oneself!!! Sending HUGS HUGS HUGS - rest!!!! How are your liver enzymes doing?hug

By the way, received a nice coupon from someone here, maybe Dec12girl, for $5 off 2 Dr. Schools gel massagers. Found the heel inserts today for $5.19. Thank you Dia!
Yeah glad was useful Smilie

I have a etiqutte question... The friend/classmate gets all upset (behind my back to my MIL) that each of my 4 kids brought a gift for her bday boy. I had reassured her it was no trouble I love doing it ....Opinions!?! Am i just a brat? (hope notStick Out Tongue )
I think that you were absolutely right to do it as you wanted to do it! So no harm no foul! The problem is probably that she feels guilty because she doesn't use coupons and doesn't know how you save money so she looks at the items and thinks OMG look at how much $$ she spent on my kiddo!! EEK! Then worries how will she reciprocate???? So you are not wrong - but she is prob feeling guilty.

WTF did they go to Walmart right before the party?
Maybe she is organizationally challenged ... like me .... I can tell you when I arranged the big surprise party/around town scavenger hunt this spring I started a couple of weeks in advance and even still was literally at Target the hour before it started ..... I needed a couple extra hours SIGH. LOL I am still sorry you had so much to do in your condition ... just wanted to say maybe she is just bad at managing time???

DecGirl, I'll bite on the organizationally challenged, but this mom wasn't planning the party. As a matter of fact she was not answering her phone the night before or the day of the party.

Mini's home now. I asked her what they did today. She starts by saying they went to her friend's appointment to get her brows done. Confused3 Seriously? They couldn't have scheduled this on a different day? I have come to realize this family is all about themselves. Crazy

Teri hug I know you've been dealing with a lot of tragedy lately. Here's hoping you have good news this Monday.

OK - That is weird!! I don't know why they would schedule personal appts on a party day??? I just felt bad cause I still remember that errand to Target and one of the guests came early and actually arrived just as I was carrying the bags in! LOL Serves me right for trying to organize such a big surprise party ... it had taken longer to put all the clue bags up around town then I had expected and I had 30 people at the party for the birthday girl ... but she was surprised so it all turned out worth it ... but man I was chasing my tail that day! So I was thinking maybe it was that ....

I really am sorry they should be more considerate of you - and everyone else!!!! Hope the next party is better! HUGS HUGS HUGS

I found some BOGO Beech-Nut cereal MQ peelies at Rainbow Foods. They are 14's, up to a value of $2.00, exp 12-31-09. I'm not sure if Target carries this product. I have some to trade.

If anyone still has any EXPIRED $2 Chinet MQ's, I would love to trade for them. There's a sale starting tomorrow at my local grocery, they take expired coupons (up to 3 months).

Thanks

Thrifty~ did you say they threw Mini a going away party??

Ok, so I tried my 78% off RC today and it was a no go on substitutes Frown I got cups that are almost exactly the same and even made by Playtex and a black screen popped up and said blah, blah, blah No substitutions allowed.
I also tried to get another RC but this time it came up with an 11% discount and did allow substitutes.

So I guess I just have to hope and pray they restock them.

Got 2 BIC and used 2x $2 coupons plus the TQ ($1 off 2) making them REAL cheap. I thought the TQ would beep due to the price of pens...but it didnt Scratchhead

Toys scattered about and staggering in markdowns. I did get some National Geographic thing that shows the stars on the ceiling (sorry its still in car) it was 75% off (4.99 or so)

Didnt get any Bounty today...but did get some Hasbro

I'm working my butt off right now for past 4 hours/4days/4weeks/next 4 months, etc and am taking a break to tell you this story.

DS had his one year diabetes anniversary today. For those of you around for a while, agree with me that it does not seem like a year has gone by. We had wanted to do something nice for him, beach day or one of his favorite museums but he's very sick with an infection from his pump site (since Monday) and we need to keep him chilled out. So after breakfast he throws his cup (munchkin straw cup) and the lid cracks. Are you kidding me--second one in a month! So now down to 3 and he loses them all the time. Decide to do a very quick run and try to find the cheap ones. They had the cups you all are referencing but they were full price. So we bought one anyway!!! LOL everyone--I'm the only one this week who paid full price for sippy cups!

PS-we noticed pools are 50% off. I picked one up at 75% last year, it's gigantic. Wish the tivoli gazebo would get marked down a bit again, still hitting myself for not getting a RC for that.

Oh well. Break over. Must finish this so I can have a decent day tomorrow.

PSS-DH asked me how many more snapple q's I have left. Should have let him read your initial posts. Will he ever learn?
