This thread is being created so people -- generally, those people who can't seem to resist talking about off-topic junk in the Target coupon thread -- have a place to talk about shopping at Target and other miscellaneous matters.

All you folks who hang out in the Target coupon thread, start hanging out here instead! When you've got something relevant to post about Target coupons, please post about it in the Target coupon thread! We'd love to hear about it, but NOT about your dog, your cat, your mom, your genital herpes, your... well, you get the idea.

Well, I tried and was denied. I wish I had kept adding points to both my accounts now. I gave up after they stopped doing the double point days.
Thanks for giving it a try. I thought about it but I'd already closed my MCR window and I always forget my pwd to that site...

I was using the $3 huggies MQ's with the $3 TQ peelie that expires 7/31. Peelie had to be K1'd but that gave me $6 off pullups for a bit. I've been out of peelies for a few weeks though and haven't seen any around.

Don't buy pampers easy ups, they suck. Honestly if you have overage, the $3 huggies MQ that still exists isn't bad off the pullups when they are on sale
Quote from sbhiggins :
Anyone want a few of the Huggies TQs? They expire on 7/31 so it's iffy if you'd get it on time but Dontknow
Thanks for the help hug I'll pass along the info to my neice.

Hi, all! Wave A big Happy Monday to you guys.

Ok, DD is doing better. Dr didn't know what she had/has and was sure it was viral, whatever it was. Her fever got worse and we were alternating Tylenol/Motrin (as you all recommended and Dr confirmed - thanks!!) to keep the fever down. She was so lethargic and all she wanted to do was lay down on the couch and watch "Signing Time." Poor girl, then after a sleep session later on, she woke up to red splotches and welts all over her body! EEK! And her eyelids were swollen causing her eyes to swell shut to about a third of her eyeballs being visible. My DH thought they were an allergic reaction (he said he gets something similar to them once in a while) to something. We went to the Dr the next morning and Dr said they were hives caused by her fever. Never knew that actually happened. Looked at DD and told us to keep giving her the Tylenol/Motrin and to add Benadryl. I felt so bad for her as she kept looking at me like she wanted me to take it away from her. She clung to me for most of the weekend and I comforted her best I could. She's much better today and almost back to her normal self. Her eyes are still a bit puffy, though, but Dr says it will go away in a few days.

Now, I do not want to go thru that again! Ever! Nono (Sorry for the long post...Embarrassment)

Thanks for your well wishes and advice, everyone! hug

Now to try and get back into Targeting... I did get some sippy cups. But am so out of the loop on the other 'deals'. Want to get some Pepsi's as I've got some B2G1 coupons sized 16, and so many other coupons expiring in a couple of days. Will try to make it to the store today after work.

4BB - so happy to hear about your son's pending adoption! I'm sorry your ex is such a bhead, but am glad your DH is being a wonderful dad! I hope it goes good for you all! Will keep you in my thoughts. hug

MyName - I'm sorry to hear about your struggles. Best of luck to you! hug

Sharon - I really love your avatar! It totally made me smile today. Thanks!!
So glad to hear your DD is doing better.

If those are the same Pepsi Qs as the ones I have, they do beep for price

It kind of WAS a Popcorn moment! I kind of agreed that it was asshatish Teehee to correct math like that, but...

On another note, I had to physically restrain myself from going to my ex's house and Smack him today. My DD15 came home from 2 weeks at his house with one contact because she tore the other and didn't have any left. He didn't take her to WM to get more. When I called to ask him why, he said "She's not my problem." All I could do was hang up on him because the only thing left to do was scream.

Keep in mind that I've had full custody since she was two, and he has every other weekend visitation with 2 weeks in the summer. Any more is "too stressful" for him. And yet I just have to Big Grin when she acts like he's her knight in shining armor...vomit

1. EEK! Oh no he didn't... Mad She's not anyone's "problem" whole ass. See thats what I call those types cause they are worse than an a**hole...they are the whole ass!
2. Don't you just want to say "oh yeah, well let me tell you about your sweet Daddy..."
Maybe someday you can. nod

My kids say.."Mommy doesn't like you but she still loves us" Teehee
Actually my first ex isn't too bad, don't know why they said that to him but it was funny when he told me.

Evening Ladies!

My 2nd trip to Target today w/out a pen! Doh My memory is horrible, so I'm not even going to attempt to share any of the PC or Clearanced that I saw. There was also a deal on soda, something about getting a free 6 pack of snapple? I'm going back tomorrow because I forgot the perscription that I wanted to tranfer! I hate it when I have dumb moments & they happen a lot lately!

Anywho, I had to giggle when I went to check out, because there were 4 cashiers ringing & one was a "young male". Teehee I went right to him & he was a sweetheart. Was able to use all my Smart Ones Q's.

I found some of the reynolds cooking bangs on clearance for $1.86. I used one of the Q's from the reynolds book & got them pretty cheap, IMO. I know I'll need them for the holidays, so I grabbed a few boxes.

I'm so excited, my Mom started her Christmas shopping yesterday & picked the kids up a Wii from Target (w/the $20 GC) Whee I'm new to shopping at Target, since I just found out they will accept IP's! I'm hoping that the Rockband will go on sale w/a GCD sometime before the holidays.

Has anyone transfered a scrip to target before? My insurance just changed & I have to pay full price for my scripts now. Frown $38 at CVS for DS's monthly meds. The Q says that they have $4 & $10 scripts & I get a $10 GC when I transfer. I also saw at Starbucks when I was leavnig that I can get a free beverage when I transfer to the Target pharmacy. Licklips Do I just bring the pill bottle in? Sorry to be so clueless, I've always picked them up at CVS in the past.

They will call CVS and get the information/prescription for you and do the transfer like that. If you have the bottle, it would be quicker because they would have the RX number.
