This thread is being created so people -- generally, those people who can't seem to resist talking about off-topic junk in the Target coupon thread -- have a place to talk about shopping at Target and other miscellaneous matters.

All you folks who hang out in the Target coupon thread, start hanging out here instead! When you've got something relevant to post about Target coupons, please post about it in the Target coupon thread! We'd love to hear about it, but NOT about your dog, your cat, your mom, your genital herpes, your... well, you get the idea.

I found some on Monday. But they are few and far between now. The one's I found were in the turnstile when you come in the door.
I had to take Mom to a Dr appt in the town where there is 2 Publix and I went in looking for any coupons. They usually have those types of books in the turnstile there, too, but not today Frown
I found nothing there or at Kmart Frown

ETA: I did find one small booklet thing at Publix but the only coupon that stood out to me wasa B2G1 pepsi 2 liter size 16

Fark. I am so pissed. I found that Britax the other day and tonight I went to open the box and it is obvious that someone returned their old seat. The cover is grey but when I looked it up online it's not the herringbone one. So then I got curious and pulled the cover off. Sure enough the seat was made in 2003. So now I have to take the damn thing back.

Frown The top of my box was actually taped up, so I took it to the CS counter and opened it before I took it home. They thought I was nuts but I told them how that stuff happens all the time. I'm so sorry it happened to you Frown

Have you tried contacting Britax? Being you have a receipt, etc. maybe they can help you.

Well, I know you aren't talking about me because I'm too lazy to go anywhere else Coverlaugh Am curious though Scratchchin

oh, and my dd is 4 (5 in Sept.) and I just bought the Marathon. She is only 37 lbs and 39 inches high. The seat goes up to 65 lbs and 49 inches (I think...the height I have to keep looking up to verify). She has quite a bit of growing to do! She still wears toddler sized shoes! She's my peanut Girly

Evillaugh GLADE!!!! GLADE!!!!!! GLADE!!!! That barcode is imprinted on my brain. I actually check the barcodes of products I'm using while cleaning house and noted the bug spray one day and actually yelled GLADE FAMILY!! dh thinks I have lost what little mind I have left Crazy
It's not a regular poster, and a poster with no posts. Things that make you go hmmm...I haven't seen the name since I mentioned it last night LMAO

DD is 5 (6 in dec), weighs under 30lbs (when we hit that 30 pound mark I am throwing a huge party!), and I dunno how tall, probably about 3 feet? I dunno really??? I'll have to measure her now, lol. She is a tall skinny thing

I am going back for the marathon if it is there tonight. I told my DF about it tonight and he thinks I am crazy. DD has a very nice carseat now and he doesn't know why we can't swap the seat between the truck and the SUV. I told him he can change it...LMAO

You know you are overly bored when you are tempted to pop int the deals thread and yell: "SIPPY!!!" and run...
Okay... that's all. For now.
I had to snip your post, sorry! Anyhow, your poor DD! I hope she feels better very soon! I hope that you take care of yourself too! Silly on the poo too! Kids say the darndest things!

Whats the difference beyween size 4t and 4...thanks
4t generally has a bigger waistline to accomodate for the diapers. That is really the only difference I have ever seen. It may also be a little bigger in the booty/front area depending also if it is girls or boy's size.

[QUOTE=dpags;21866727]Wave guys!
Are these books still in the stores? Where are they located? I have a friend vacationing in FL right now and she has been running to Publix all week - I'll have her stuff her suitcase with a bunch of these if she can find them Evillaugh.[/QUOTE

I have not found any in So. Fl, but then again I have only been to 2 publix's...

Quote from Thrifty-n-SoCal :
I agree with all those quitting DS deals. I used to CVS and Wags but it was just too much work. I primarily T. Once I move back to Omaha I'll have many many ST's to choose from. I get my produce from a local market and stock up on meat at local grocers when there is a good sale or travel 45 mins to a ST. This works best for my family and my time. To me time is money and I don't have time to run here and there for all the deals. Oh and I still have plenty to g-sale and make at least $1000 a weekend (8 hours total).
It is too much work, and really it is getting quite pointless. The only thing I really truly like about cvs is that you get the oppurtunity to try many new products for free/cheap generally...

I found some last week at an out of the way store, didn't take any as I had a few at home already. It was in the turnstile and it was a pretty large stack. Dunno if there would be any left.

Oh, spit! That sucks big time...what a loser to do that! Wow! Never would have thought to do anything like that. That's a serious offense! What if you had no idea and put your child in it and then got into an accident and the seat doesn't do what it is supposed to? The nerve of some people to do that - put other children at risk! Grr...that really makes me Mad. So sorry that happened to you, m2c!! hug I hope they can rectify it for you. Maybe go in store and tell them you want a replacement, even if they have to get it from another store (mine for example...I didn't go in today, but yesterday there were two left). They can ship it over to the other store for you (I think).

I saw on this thread (i think) a Q for Diji and leapfrog toys. I've done a search of this thread and others but can't find it - does anyone remember where I may have seen it. I think it was a link to another site with coupons. I swear I'm getting alzheimers (sp)! I really need those Q's
thanks

I may wrong but I think 4t is for children in diapers and a straight 4 is thise who are potty trained. Hold one of each up together and see if the 4T has more room in the seat area.

It's in the retired Target thread and should be in the wiki for the new T thread.

On the kidlet front - dd slipped in the living room today and smashed her forehead into the corner of an old TV we've got sitting BEHIND the couch. It didn't bleed as much as I thought it would, but it's right between her eyebrows. Yikes! She hardly cried - teared up a bit, whined for a minute, asked for "bink" (I think this is a combo word for pink blanket), and 3 minutes later was running around and giggling again. I, on the other hand, was a nervous wreck! I think it's okay and not stitch worthy... hopefully I'm right and she won't have some horrible scar later on and hate me!
My oldest, now 11, feel at 10 months while holding onto the coffee table he spit his head wide open, then the knot came on top -- there is no scar residue Big Grin Then when he was 4, DHdecided to push him in the big boy swing at the park for the 1st time, he let go with both hands and flew out...he had holes on each of the spine knobs at the bottom of his back, the scars are now finally gone. BUT I do think how you scar is a 'genes' thing.

Thanks for the link and not for making me feel stupid for not being able to find the thread/link. I would have found it if I knew what I was lookming for and then spelled it correctly!

My liver enzymes were back up today Angry

I'm hoping this will go away once the babeh is here.

This boy's head is definitely heading further south. No contactions but pressure and occasional stabbing pain in my cervix.
