Britax does have excellent CS, but I don't think they're going to do anything for you on this one - I think they'll tell you to return it to the retailer. But you should definitely make a stink about it at target GS and see if they will honor that price on a different pattern. Seems only right since they farked up and took back a seat without checking it - and not only that, they put it out on the floor to sell. I think that would be your best bet!

Britax does have excellent CS, but I don't think they're going to do anything for you on this one - I think they'll tell you to return it to the retailer. But you should definitely make a stink about it at target GS and see if they will honor that price on a different pattern. I think you're right. I have a run planned for Thursday night at that ST. I might wait and take it back on Friday or Sat so that I don't raise a ton of attention to myself before my run. I'm just so glad that I checked.

I would at least raise a stink and get another seat (different color? newer model?) for the same price. that sucks on their part Frown They should know to check and not just glance at it.

M2C that is the suck on the carseat I had that happen with a carpet cleaner this past year at Helly. The cs lady said they check all returns like that. I told her apparently not this box. Angry

Oh and I guess cat is the filter word for much filth. Roll
