This thread is being created so people -- generally, those people who can't seem to resist talking about off-topic junk in the Target coupon thread -- have a place to talk about shopping at Target and other miscellaneous matters.
All you folks who hang out in the Target coupon thread, start hanging out here instead! When you've got something relevant to post about Target coupons, please post about it in the Target coupon thread! We'd love to hear about it, but NOT about your dog, your cat, your mom, your genital herpes, your... well, you get the idea.

I just keep
I agree, though, the blue lights did the trick (but at the time we were freaking the fark out). The worst part was when they tried to give him an IV and couldn't get a stick (even in the head). DW and I had to take a walk down the hall during that one...
'Course, we were the exception, not the rule (story of my life when it comes to the crappy stuff); I'm sure that your little guy will be in the majority, Thrift.
at T- had some trouble with the Lipton tea bogo Q's..just wouldn't scan ( not with the gun/belt) and a box came up that said needed supervisor approval
new peelie at K- get 1 free 1.5L lipton tea wyb 1 12 pack 12000 32201.
in the new kmart coupon book, there is a (man) pur flavor refill bogo coupon; but the Pur refills are 9.99 at Target and happy to report that the cesar Q's from the kmart book are great if you have a pet and need food
red dot stuff 75% off, smith and hawkin 75% off
Kmart also had 70% off their outdoor patio sets, decorative pots, and a blue light special was going on for an xtra 20% off
I'm not having a garage sale but I've already sold almost $200 of my swag between yesterday and today!!!
I am wondering if they will work on the smaller varieites that are $3.59 each? It would make them $1.59 for the small bottle of squirt liquid, the 10 pack of those "gelpac" things, or the small box of powder granules.
I will try it out tomorrow, but just curious if anyone else has
Anyone else have any reviews of this product?
Also today I got a vocal point mailer with a $2.50 off Bounce bar in it (I tested these things MONTHS ago, they were okay, but I had a problem with them staying "stuck" in my dryer. Not happy because the stickiness wore off. I do not use fabric stuff on the towels (as you should not, it is not good for them!) and I did not want the bar in there...) anyhow, the "2 month" bar is $3.59, so $1.09 after the $2.50 or $2.09 after the $1.50 q...
Just head's up. Sorry if this is already posted elsewhere, I don't even try to read the deal thread

They had brand new shopping carts, yes brand new! Nice big plastic shopping carts, and get this THEY WERE CLEAN and they pushed easy too. And they had 2 sizes a regular size and one of those 1/2 sz ones, that is 2 baskets like the grocery store.
I couldnt beleive it, I actually just stood and looked at them for a minute. I have never seen a new shopping cart at Kmart, they are usually so beaten up.
Unfortunatley this store is an hr away from me, but I will visit soon.
Oh and by the way. I did 4 Targets and 3 Kmarts today! and I was the windshield everywhere!
My baby girl is at Meema and Poohbah's house. I am so sad she's gone and I won't be there for her first day of HS
We changed health insurance from BCBS under COBRA to Humana as our own plan. I was all worried about pre-existing conditions and tried to be very full disclosure on the application. I did not realize that for the first two years of your policy, they question everything as a pre-existing condition. They told me 80% of private policies in TX get reviewed for pre-existings after issuance.
I think I had an inexperienced mammographer who had to take lots of pics. Then they did an ultrasound. They were being really careful because my mom did have breast cancer. Anyway, Humana sent me a letter that they wanted to reopen issuing us health insurance. But I sent them the letters saying my mammos had been fine forever and the letter from BCBS that you use to prove continuous coverage. I think of myself as amazingly smart and an excellent reader
Anyway, insurance is state regulated, no national regulation as of yet so your new state could be different. But I stewed over the wrong thing. I was so p*ssed over the review and the 80% comment that I was going to raise cain with the State Insurance Board and then when it all fizzled out, had other windmills to tilt at. But I am not sure if having a diagnosis or not would have made a difference in the review even if I would have felt it was not a diagnosed pre-existing condition in the application process. They also had FULL access to every prescription we had filled for the past x years and asked about everyone of them. Oh, and we have a high deductible plan where we pay the first $5K per person with a $10K family limit.
I hate not sleeping. I still have so many things to do to get my stepmom's finances organized and my office is still a disaster with clothes I need to label before I can take them to her Alzheimer's place, pictures that need to be in albums before they can go out there, etc. Although she took at least 1/3 of the pictures out of the one album I got done and out to her. I guess I see more Shutterfly books in my future. And then she can do whatever she wants to with the actual pictures. I am glad she at least looked at them and enjoyed them.
Any ideas on if I need to just tough it out?
Work is going to be insane starting Mon so hoping to get some returns done in the morning, take the kid to the park and do a CVS run. We found a $25 ECB in my purse and it expires Monday. Can't think of what I'd spend it on so taking the boys with me to blow it.
If I ever commit a crime and they want me to confess, put me in a room with some angel whispers for 10 minutes. I'll start babbling like a 2yo.
Two thoughts-
1. 992's did NOT work at the target I stopped at today. Beeped as normal.
2. Why is everyone so gaga over the edwards in the deals thread? It's frozen processed..blah blah blah
