Isn't this normalish price? Go to a farm and get a gallon for $65-70.
Oh cool so all I have to do is drive over to the local maple syrup farm and buy 10 times as much as I probably need within a reasonable time frame?

This is one of the least "Deal" deals I've seen hit the FP in a while. Even at Trader Joe's you can get something equivalent to this price. Meanwhile the quart at Costco here is $10.99...

After buying from my local farmers market when I moved here about 8 years ago, I can't see buying anything from a big brand store and especially not amazon. This doesn't seem like a deal at all.

Perhaps not everyone is afforded this opportunity.

There are farmers' markets and local stores that also sell maple syrup from 'local' farms. But nah, go support Amazon some more.

Maple syrup doesn't really go bad.

True, living in a northern state where there are literally farmers markets in every major city, minor city, village, and even in the middle of nowhere...hundreds of them...I have been spoiled.

Na, just being honest, I've definitely been spoiled by having so very many of them around!
